An Invitation To Run
If you already have a daily Bible reading plan, we commend you. If you don't, we invite you to join with us in reading God's Word. It only takes a few minutes each day to read the Bible in a year. Just find today's date and continue faithfully for the next twelve months.

If you skip a day, don't get discouraged. Don't let minor setbacks become major obstacles. Remember that the goal isn't to follow a "schedule" religiously; the goal is to spend time with God in His Word.

If you find yourself missing days frequently and are tempted to give up altogether, Don't! Disregard the dates and simply read a portion whenever you can. You may not feel like you're making progress, but as you move forward through more and more of the readings, you'll see how far you're really getting and be encouraged to continue.

Chase Him With Us
You can join in our pursuit through God's Word in two different ways.

How the plan works
The New Testament is read through in near order. The four Gospels are read through twice and are dispersed throughout the year. The year is ended with a review of selected chapters.

The Old Testament is read in chronological order. In cases where more than one book covers the same period, the reading will jump from one book to another to cover the events as they happened in time. Although Job was a contemporary of Abraham, the author of this plan saw fit to read Job last and end the year with victory.
