hi there! i guess i realized lately that instead of running to people i need to find my security in jesus. i have been having a hard time with the works of the enemy in my life but once i am able to stand on the word of god and see the enemy defeated by speaking the word of god. the word of god says that if we resist the devil he has to flee.
Yes the devil does have to flee when we resist him but many people overlook the first part of that verse. James 4:7 "Submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." Now I am not saying you overlooked it. I just know a lot of people that can quote the end of that verse but they can't tell you what the first part says. Many people want the "blessings" of God without doing their part to get it. I have learned that most of God's promises to us come with a condition. We have to do our part. OBEDIENCE is the key. I'm sorry I have gone off again. I just love the word of God. I get so excited!!
praise the lord , any time the devil attacks us it means either we're doing something he don't like and it confirms our salvation.also it helps you to grow in Christ.Remember Job,and Romans 8;28 princess
