A great number of young and single people I have met have dreams of a great future
Not many of them see their dreams come to pass cos the dreams are aborted halfway.
Many youth have been buried in the sea of Immorality like Deliliah and Samson.
Friends, It is not possible to sleep on the lap of Delilah and wake up at the bossom of Abraham.
Joseph was a single who saw the reality of his dream cos he Knew how to manage his passion.
You need wisdom, Knowledge, discipline, determination, etc and above all God's help.
There are 3 legitimate passions in the life of every human being on earth.
Passion for food.
This is a legitimate passion that could be a problem if not well managed. Many people have become glutttons and overweight due to their inability to manage their passion for food. The story of Esau in the Bible who lost his birthright due to his inability to control his apetite is a lesson in wisdom
Passion for power
A legitimate passion that needed to be managed for sucess in life. Many people have become oppressors,terrorists, tyrants, rebellious and traitors due to their inability to manage their passion for power.
Passion for sex
A legitimate passion from God that requires proper management on one's part to avoid disaster. Most single people succed in managing their passion for food and power quite well but when it comes to sex they fail. In other to
successfully manage your passion for sex and avoid disaster as a single person, 10
wisdom keys are needed.
1. Accept that you have power to manage your passion and that you can control it.
2. Channel your passion into positive activities and friendly relationships devoid of lust.
3. Determine and purpose in your hearth to please God and keep yourself pure by a covenant of purity.
4. Make sure every relationship you get involved in is defined and set boundaries for your self.
5. Avoid spending time alone with people you have weakness for in unsafe places or enclosed dark places
6. Avoid music, films, magazines and atmosphere that will stir up evil passion in you.
7. Avoid dwelling on intimate , emotional and sexual feelings and issues that will stimulate sexual feelings and passion in you
8. Continually put your passion under control with constant prayer and fasting at least once every week
9. Avoid friend and companions that can influence you negatively
10. Dwell on the word of God to constantly renew your mind to avoid pollution in your thought.
If you put these wisdom keys into operation, you will experience God's grace for total victory.
Paradventure You have passion for these things highlighted, the power of God is able to librate you.
All you need do is to confess and forsake and God will show mercy,and a great future is certain.

There is hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit. The last fruit of the Spirit, listed in Galatians 5:23, is "temperance". The Greek word from which "temperance" is translated, means "self-control, espec. continence".
According to Webster's Dictionary, "Continence" means "self-restraint", including "self-restraint in sexual activity, especially total abstinence."
So kids, God has made a way for the toughest of all challenges!
Be filled with the Spirit, walk in His power (not your own), and you will not give in to the temptations faced by young people.
How do you do that? BE A GOD CHASER!! Spend time with Him at the start of every day, reading your Bible, and submitting yourself to His care through prayer, praise, and worship. His Presence, which is His Grace, will keep you throughout the day (and evening, too).
Without Jesus we can do nothing in our own strength. The passions of our flesh are subdued by His presence. WE NEED NOT STRUGGLE. ONLY TRUST HIM!
As Amareno and Amos said, don't choose to go where there is temptation. That would be like putting your hand on a hot stove burner, and saying, "Okay God, keep me from harm." Wise choices are necessary, and God's Spirit does the rest.
Never under-estimate the power of God's Spirit.
He gave us His Spirit to produce the fruit of temperence, along with the other fruit listed in Gal. 5:22-23. God created us, and He knows our needs, as well as our temptations.

You have all done very well...
But, (in my opinion) I think the problem is not not knowing what to do, but actually 'doing it'. Hmm..it's always easier said than done. Most times the knowledge is there, but application kills people. Is it willpower, strenght issue?? I don't know! I have a friend of mine, christian, good heart, but she has a huge problem with purity. She is addicted to 'sex'. Basically, words have been spoken, prayers have been said...she has repented several times, tried staying 'pure', wept bitterly...all to no avail. (yet!!.) She still find herself been overpowered by this spirit (which is basically what it is..). So, what is the problem? I think 'prayers and counselling' helps not if the person does not take initiative to want to get out of bondage! Of course, God is in the equation too..But, so are you in the equation....*God + You= deliverance/wholeness. Some want to leave it just to God without trying...that's diaster. Don't be silly, God cannot override your freedom (willpower). Some want to do it with their will power...absolute fiasco too. So, now what..one needs both sides of equation for the result to come out and be effective. One pastor puts it nicely...too much grace leads to licence, while too much law leads to legalism. Ya need to have good balance of both to gain freedom.
*of course..the equation is not written on stone..there're few exceptions. But, most times, that's how it is. ...especially if ye are proclaimed 'christian'.
