Let me start by saying that what I am about to say is a God Idea... I woke up this morning and the Lord impressed me to write this, and so I will be obedient to the Lord if you don't mind.
3 1/2 years ago the Lord made way for us to start a church in Northeast Oklahoma. I only thought that I had seen and experienced some challenges in my life!
God moved so greatly in the 1st year. we were able to baptize 4 in that time period and see them make Jesus christ the Lord of their life as God filled them with His wonderful spirit.
But as we all know when God begins to bless the devil begins to mess... Since that time those have left and went on to other churches and others have come and also gone.
We are now on year 3 1/2 and have faced what we thought to be the ultimate of battles. More people have come and for no reason at all have left to go to bigger and better churches.
I now have been wondering if we were even in the perfect will of God.
Discouraged I closed the church, had the utilities turned off and began to pray for direction. My wife and I believed that it is time that we go somewhere else and help out in another work somewhere. My exact words were "It is time that we shook the dust off our shoes as a testemony against this community."
Not Gods Plan !!!!
We decided that before we do anything we were to go to a conference held in Alexandria, La and believe for a word from the Lord.
I did not realize that God had so much to say to me!!
Repentance was one of the key issues.
I realized that the reason why I have'nt been what God wants me to be and the reason why the church has not grown is because I did not have a true burden for souls.
I did not have a true burden for the community... But Oh how God has changed things!!!
The Lord spoke to my wife and I directly through the preaching of the word and also men of God that came and spoke to us Not knowing anything of what was happening in our lives or even knowing us at all.
And this is the reason for this testemony.
God spoke to us and told us that He was going to fill the house. I was not to be discouraged over the former people that were there because they are not a part of the revival that God has planned for this community. But he told us to go back and open the church and begin to reach out once again preaching the Glorious Name of Jesus Christ. And now the reason for me sharing this with you all. The Lord spoke to me this morning and told me to publish this testimony.
We have a need for a bus or van to launch a bus ministry. There are people that would come but can't because they have no transportation. This is were you come in... There are some of you that have been praying about where to send some help. You have a burden to help a ministry but have been waiting on God to tell you where to send it. Here it is...
The Lord told me that there are some with a $1000.00 and some with $500.00 and some with a $100.00 and some with $50.00 , $20.00 , $10.00 , and $5.00 that He is going to speak to to send to this church to get a bus ministry started. There are some that can do nothing finacially but are prayer warriors that touch him on a continual basis. Brothers and Sisters; this is something that I do not normally do but I know when God speaks to me to do it and so I do.
There are many of you out there that are in need of a move of God in your life and need prayer.
Right now you are to be obedient to the Lord, and send your prayer request or/and gift that God has been dealing with you about to the following church...
